Does Anyone Know What These Are?

The hardware appears to be nickel-plated brass and they are really more of a shutter than a blind. Could very well have been out of a hearse, large car, or coach of some kind with the way they are hinged top and bottom. Definitely pre-WW2, as nickel plating was rarely used after the war. Most everything intended for interior or exterior use switched over to chrome plating after the war. These could also have been any early counter shutter.
