Criterion SOLD!!

Congrats Richard! Now you can sit back & comb the internet for that great deal on a Corvette. Please stay away from Corvette specialty shops, their prices are nearly double what you can buy one from a private seller.

Ok last time I said congradulations, Paul was messing with us, but I'll say it again. Congradulations. So is it going to a PCS member?

Not allowed to say at this point.

I can drop you the line on the gal up here that is sitting a a few of them she most likely would want to part with

Thanks Ed but I'm looking for a particular Vette in color and a 4-sp. I'm so close on the one out west I can taste it.

Is there a clause in our bill of sales of a procar that states we can't disclose who the buyer is? I need to know because I am seriously thinking about selling Milly and IF a PCS member buys it I don't want to break any rules and have Paul come chasing after me....:yankchain:

Ron told me what he was buying and told me not to tell anyone, and I bought his car and told him not to tell anyone, them we both told everyone a couple days later anyway. So basically most of the time the new owner is so excited your probably going to find out pretty quick anyway.:my2cents::071:

I'm confused

Richard,

In the for sale section you said you decided not to sell. Now it's sold? What gives? Did Terri take it off your hands?

Funny you mention that Fred. It was Terri who stepped in and demanded this nonsense come to an end and cancel the auction. She convinced me that the funeral home owner was interested in keeping it in town, buying it, and letting me be keeper of the flame. :071:

So it appears it will stay in our community.

PS: A 45 minute conversation with Dan Herrick helped too.

Good deal. Glad to hear you still get to enjoy it. Will it be making the trip to Ohio?

The Lifeliner for sure. We planned on the Criterion but depends on gas prices. Still have a ton of stuff to get done to the Lifeliner before Ohio. New paint, graphics, A/C working, headliner, and the list goes one. I've got to get the A/C working. I can't have Terri dressed as a towel head again.

I was talking to Bill Wright and thought instead of putting Settle-Wilder on the Lifeliner again I would put HIGGINS on it just for the PCS meet. We're going to be pretty close to where the Lifeliner spent it's first couple years and want to go by the HIGGINS Funeral Home for some pictures. When we get home we can remove it and put the funeral home name back on.

Neat!
