For some reason this picture makes the bottom of the doors look all wavy.

That's because they are. It's a procar. But really a clean car picks up the reflection off the road. Thats were your getting the shadows that look like its ruff.

I think you are correct. There is the wide chrome trim just below the door. I think thay this is what makes it look worse than it is.
