This is a story of what the members of the Professional Car Society banded together to do in a time of need for an ambulance man.

Compassion for others, the common bond in EMS

In today’s commercial society, where the attitude of “what’s in it for me”, made all that more obvious with a constant stream of commercialization, its refreshing to see that there are still those who retain a concept of compassion to others and their communities.

Ahhh yes, I remember that well! Helping to put together a fitting memorial for Orbs is something I will remember forever. Prior to this, I had only "known" Robert Shepard and Dave Lisiecki from on line. I met them face to face and will cherish their friendships for as long as I live. It was absolutely amazing and gratifying to see our group band together to give Orbs a proper burial and we didn't even know him personally; I remember several people on the message board saying "But I worked with a guy just like him!" To all of the "ambulance men" out there, THANK YOU for all you do!

A very kind tribute. It is refreshing nowadays to see people do good things for other people, and it seems to be a very common theme within this club. Another reason I am proud to be a member.:applause:
