Coach Lamp ID?

I picked these up today, and the guy said that they came off of a horse drawn hearse. They look like they may have, but I don't know for sure. Does anyone know anything about these? Even if they weren't used on a hearse, they are still pretty neet, and other than a dent in the bottum of one, they are in really good shape.

i know someone in this group has to know something about these lamps. I'm trying to decide now if I should polish them up, or leave them like they are.

It was a Pinto.......not a Maverick..

If you polish them, you might ruin any value that they have.

I agree with Paul. Don't polish them. Just keep them clean as found. Do they have any marks that may help identify the maker? Numbers or initials?
Even if they are 'generic' they are a nice pair of lamps.

it would look to me to be a set of oil lamps off a horse drawn that some one has added bulbs to. as such they are all ready modified so polish and straighten and hang behind the bar are in order.

I haven't found any numbers or markings yet, but I'll give them a better looking over when I clean them up a little in the next day or 2.

After giving them a closer look, they haven't ben modified for bulbs, they are all original.
