Centre Link - 1976 Cadillac Commercial Chassis

My next question is in regards tot he Centre Link. The bushings are causing some play in the front end. I have looked for a new center link, which I have found, but I wonder if we could replace the bushings only. This may be less expensive than purchasing a new center link, depending on how long this takes.

A quick internet search revealed nothing for center link bushings for 76 Cadillac Commercial Chassis or Fleetwood.

Any suggestions?

The ball and socket on the center link is not repairable. There is a repair kit for those joints. It involved injecting a epoxy base liquid threw the grease zirk To take up the worn out ball. Don't have any experiences with the system.

Pretty sure the fleetwood 75 would be the same. One way to check is to go to rock auto they have a listing for CC check the part numbers on the ac delco parts.

All the suspension parts are the same across the entire Cadillac line for the identical years. I have one for 1969, and I would have to check, but I believe that it is a multi-year part, which means that the part was used for more than just one year.

The listing shoes one of the applications as a stripped chassis which I would assume means commercial chassis. Contac them to verify it.
