I'm looking for some help and advice. Am building a casket table for my 53 Henney junior combination. This car is an original so want table to be as close as possible. Using drawings from a brochure I think it should be in 2 pieces each 16" by 88" with 5 rollers mounted on 3/4" plywood. They are bolted to floor.
Questions:
Are the rollers evenly spaced or was there a standard spacing for the industry?
How close to the rear loding door is the first roller?
Should there be 2 or 4 bier pins? I believe Henney used a square shaft on their bier pins. Does anyony know where I might find bier pin holders?
Bill Wright...did you get your tables done? could I see a picture.
Anyone... HELP.
Thanks
Terry
