Casket table wanted

I am looking for a casket table or the hardware therefrom for a 1941 Henney Packard 3 way hearse. As you know many other coachbuilders used the Henney table under licence, so I will consider a table from any coach of similar vintage. Also any pictures, diagrams or description on how the 3 way track/mechanism works would be useful - this has been removed from my hearse. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Had a table from an early '30s Henney in pristine condition, but sold it a couple of months ago. Unlike what many will tell you, these Henney tables did change over the many years that they built them.
