To be clear, it appears Prop 23 is GOOD for the collector car hobby, and AB32 is the bad one. Or did I read that wrong?
* Proposition 23 suspends provisions of the greenhouse gas bill ( AB32)
* AB32 makes California Air Resources Board (CARB) the most powerful agency in the State Of California which controls / regulates the emissions of all vehicles. Potentially this could have a negative impact on our classic cars and customs.
I guess we're lucky here in Arizona. Vehicles built prior to '76 are exempt from any inspection more than just VIN verification. Our Classic Car hobbyists got that changed like 2 years ago.

This what what pisses me off about ballot initiatves , they are usually written to mean a yes vote defeats it and a no vote it passes. Unless you read it carefully you would think a yes vote means it passes and a no vote means it does not. What friggin.

one more power grab by peopel that know how you should live. think your collector car is in trouble. wait till they inform you, you can only drive a electric car. no trucks no trains. no oxen powered eather as cows put out to much greenhouse gas. this is really scary.

true vary true but only a man that learned to drive with them would know that. but at least they are members of the bovine community. this law gets passed you'll find out a lot of thing you took for granted are not true. does the words get a bicycle have any meaning here.
