Hey Steve,

Checking in to see if you and yours are all OK. I just picked up the news on the tornados that rolled through the Oklahoma City area today. Please let us know.
 
I've heard from both Steve and Jim Jordan. Steve relayed yesterday's tornado was closer. Jim is going to busy for awhile transporting reporters. He's also on disaster mortuary response team.
 
Lisa and I - and Katie the K-9 - are doing fine. The one in our area yesterday passed by about three miles from us and killed two in the Shawnee area.
 
I got chills watching the news report tonight. We are glad you guys are okay, but I will be thinking of and praying for the victims of this awful tornado.
 
I also heard today on Facebook from Tom McPherson's daughter, who lives in eastern OK, and she's good.

Having lived briefly in Oklahoma, I always had a sense that the monster tornado was over my shoulder almost any time.

Glad you and yours are o.k. When I was just about 7 years old the tornado that hit the beecher area in Flint passed right over our old farm house and just started skipping along the ground and totally destroyed the Beecher area killing over one hundred. I still remember seeing Rosell Funeral Home in Flushing speed by with their Chrysler Limousine/Ambulance..I never forgot that day..
