Cadillac drop

It's art alright, it deserves to be buried now.

Kinda reminds me of the TV show "WKRP in Cincinnati" Thanksgiving special, where they dropped live turkeys from a helicopter.....

(For those that didn't see it, this was a sitcom. The fictional radio station was dropping turkeys from a helicopter. But, in the words of Mr. Carlson, "As g*d is my witness, I didn't know turkeys can't fly." Of course, on the show, the turkey drop is described by a radio reporter. No actual turkeys were harmed in filming the show. Unlike the Cadillac drop...)

I melted it wit only 100 dpi to start with you do a lot but as near as I can tell it's a caddy early 40s

I like the dealership's quote in Hemmings:

When it was found, the car’s interior was already gutted and it was extremely rusted. Our passion is cars – if it could have been restored, it would have been. Instead, we cleaned up the body and are using the motor and engine to restore another vintage Cadillac.

Must be a 1950's hybrid with both a motor AND engine...

Motor-engine

When I went through helicopter school back in 1955/56, we were taught that automobile ENGINES should never be called MOTORS. Motors convert electrical energy to mechanical energy while engines convert chemical energy to mechanical energy. Although maybe not 100% correct, this is basically the rule. This "trusim" falls in the same class as calling every lens a dome. "an Aerodynic dome" The only beacons using domes of which I am aware are the Federal 17-170 series, some of the Baader Brown beacons and some of the Dominion Auto domes.
My rant for today.

as long as you could pick it up and put it on the ship it was a boat. picked up some pretty big boats in my day. a mike 6 went about 90 ton. we even had a engine that you started to turn on a motor to generate electricity. in fact we had a engine we started to generate electricity to start the compressor to start the engine to start the motor to generate electricity. one dead battery and the whole system failed leaving you in the dark with out the electricily to start it.:drama:
