You know full well that just shooting the fella has brought the wrath of the SIU to bear,(an Ontario agency that handles all incidents where someone has died or is injured during police actions)in the USA i believe they were called internal affairs,Can you imagine the bleeding hearts lament if they had killed him.they will blame the FH for leaving the keys in the car.

The keys were NOT left in the car. He found a lock box which contained the hearse keys & a van's keys.
