ASSISTANCE 52 Caddy/Superior

Folks, Morning
things are quite well actually on the home stretch...
things we need
a. the Standard Superior Script for the fender, one is broken missing a pc.
b. The back chrome superior/caddy casting with license plate light. missing the round glass lens/reflector
c. appears we have a front running light/directional bucket missing
d. in the 52 Caddy parts break down we're looking for part # 14-1688 for the passengerside rear taill light and sit behind the chrome lens casting

other stuff
we did obtain a very nice solid red light & siren, but struggling where it should go between the roof and pass.side fender, but then put a gum ball up top, which means I'll need a red gum ball

restoration question- should any type of wodding go in along the edges of the plywood floor or just set it, silicon it and undercoat the heck out of it?

Just to widen your search parameters (besides Superior script which was used for many years):

-Superior used that license plate surround with block lettering through '54.
-Running light can come from any '52 Cadillac.
-'51-'53 taillights are the same.

Darryl has a '53. He should be able to post a pic of his (original) rear floor if needed.
 
all the floors I have gotten into had nothing around them but open space. I do have a license plate light off a 57. but with out a photo to compare I can't tell you if it is what your looking for. I do know that front end stuff and taillights were standard car parts. a exchange book covering your car is always a asset in locating parts. though Attila is as good as one on these
