The National Museum of Funeral History is located just 30 minutes from me in Houston Texas. I've been a couple of times and it is really quite impressive. If you ever find yourself in the Houston area it's definantly worth a look. It is very near the largest airport (Bush Intercontinental) in Houston. Their website is www.nmfh.org

Be sure to poke around that site for awhile, there are some nice things to look at.
 
The Funeral History Museum

We have been to the Funeral History Museum twice. You are right, this a must see stop if you are in Houston. I think this is one of the best kept secrets in Houston.
