This is a very vague request; please define "any information."
What year is it? Who did the conversion? ETC! Michael is looking for any and all information on this ambulance.
It's a Cascade. I believe I have pictures of it when it was for sale on-line a few years ago.

71 park lights in the bumper and egg creat grill. if it a cascade they had there tag on the right rear door if I'm remembering right.

Steve: During the LA Burn Run it was ID'd (announced) as a "Guardian" is that a model of a Cascade?...... or were they guessing? MM
I have a few pictures of that one from a for sale add. the roof has the cascade look. to it but like I sad they had a tag on the right rear door. I have it labeled 72 also but I have made that mistake before.

the roof is the give away it's not a national. steel roof on them same as Wayne's. the steps just don't look right. Zephyr's had a sign like superiors. Stone's the pointed center. but it could be safety equipment co. need to dig out a pictures of the godfathers and check it out. I don't think the one i posted is the same rig. white and the wheels look right but the roof is off
