A Star is Born

Posted pictures of my 2007 Eureka Hearse in photos (A Star is Born). Starts with DTS from factory getting cut up, then proceeds through to final product. Flew to Accubuilt's plant and picked up July 2007. Do they make Eureka anymore? If not, why? By the way, I don't know how to insert pictures. Any help maybe?

0ne more marketing thing. but they were all rubber stamped cars anyway.
scroll down just below you post window and click on the box that says manage attachments. that will open up a window and let you up load pictures. one of the privileges of being a site supporter and helping out. do us a favor thought and keep the size of them down. some were around no bigger then 1000 x what ever under. that way we can see the whole pictures on my cheap screen. :thumb:

Thanks for sharing these with us, Doug. Someday, when the car is a classic, the album of build-photos will especially be appreciated. I think I may have photographed your car, which was completed and outside, during a visit to the Accubuilt plant in '07.

With the shrinking funeral coach market, Accubuilt felt that the Eureka & Miller-Meteor lines were two too many, so they were discontinued. First Miller-Meteor and more recently, Eureka. With there not being much difference between a Superior Statesman, a Eureka, Brougham, and a Miller-Meteor LeClassic, there was no sense in keeping all three lines.

Your '91 S&S commercial glass Victoria looks great! I've always liked the lines and roominess of those cars. They were the last of the true "traditionally square" hearses.

Would that not be awesome if you had photographed my hearse? That was my first (and probably last) custom ordered hearse. It was fun putting it together. Just HATE the car payments......but only 2 more years. When do you think Cadillac will completely change body style? Seems they all look similar from the past 10 years or so. Guess not as bad as Lincoln though...hee hee.
