A new aquisition

I had a 1959 IH Travelall, regular configuration, not an ambulance from about 1985-1995. I thought it was the coolest vehicle, plenty of room for the kids, sit high up, 6 cylinder stick no OD. Bought it from the original owner who had taken very good care of it, towing an Airstream no less.

But it was the Rodney Dangerfield of collector vehicles, didn't get any respect when I went to cruise nights or shows with it.
Sold it to a gentlemen who was originally from Greece, specifically wanted that vehicle to use in his catering business, he remembered from his youth how tough Internationals were in his native Greece.

Congratulations Rick. As its latest steward of maintaining this wonderful example of the International ambulances of the past, I am certain that you will make us all proud of this car and its preservation far into the future. Noah couldn't have placed it in better hands.
