Seventy-three 25 year and older cars from five states will celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the creation of the Great River Road system Oct 3-5. Traveling the Upper Mississippi River as part of the 18th annual Motor Memories Fall vintage vehicle tour, the Great River Road Ramble will start in Hastings, Mn and finish in St. Charles, Mo. They will be spending Thursday night in Prairie du Chien. I have made some quick contacts to individuals and a couple of Car Clubs with the info in hopes they will join in with these people to view their cars and join in on some parking lot chatter! At least one pro car, my '79 M/M Landau Combo will be there to greet them! Not sure if any Pro Car(s) are on the tour. Some years ago on this Tour there was a 1941 Oldsmobile hearse on the tour which is now owned by the Mitchell FH in Marshalltown, Ia.
