Not sure if this is good or bad.....experts what do you think ??

Was for sale here local about 4 years ago for $2800.00 .Does not look like anything has changed .Actually looks a little worse for wear and tear.
 
in need of a complete restoration. it would be up to you if having the 68 was that important. but before I would spend that kind of money I would want to go over it will.
 
Spent the money for the fancy photo shoot, but he, obviously, doesn't see the importance of having a set of '68 Cad wheel covers on it??? I will never understand most sellers.
