666 scares me

I never liked the numbers "666". As I pulled into my driveway I looked at my odometer and look what was there. AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

When ever this happens I'll always go out and drive a few extra miles to get that off the odometer! When I was in high school if we went to park one of the old blue buses that we used for the sports teams and the odometer said this I would make a few rounds around the student parking lot before parking the bus! But in your case your gonna have to put at least 100+ miles on the thing to clear that one!:wowguy:

For many years, the Louis Marx toy train company offered a steam loco numbered 666, and sold upteen thousands of them. I have been running them happily for a long time, with no discernable ill effects. One of mine is lettered for the Nickel Plate Road, which operated a Lima-built engine with this road number for about 3 decades. So, I wouldn't be overly concerned with that odometer reading. Just watch out for black cats..................

could have been worse it might have read 1313131.3 and you were in a black car on Friday the 13th parked under a fire escape ladder at midnight with a full moon. see it's never so bad it don't get worse. I have been known to do a few laps myself. but it's not because I'm superstitious it just that every time it gets left like that the battery is dead the next day.

When filling my hearses with gas I usually make sure I put in 66.60

It makes the car run better, smoother, straighter and faster.

It also has been outstanding in preventing any kind of break down on very long drives. One 2 day drive home from Florida with a 76 MM and a 5 day drive home from Great Falls MT with a 62 MM.

Lines one and three above are true. The second one is a postive way of the usual negative take of the number 666.

I personally like the number 666 because most others don't. The same applies to driving a hearse.

I just took a picture of my speedometer when the odometer on my 62 turned to 60666.

Enjoy the drive,
Darren

The license plates on my hearse have the number 6661 on them, and NO, I didnt plan for that!....I once towed a Cadillac Escalade that rear ended another car and the odometer reading on it was 66666

It doesn't bother me i have a motor cycle plate that was issued to a 1973 suzuki 550gt ramair that read mk666 and my birthday is the 13th day of may

I had personalized plates on my coach that read 6 SIX 6. Actually 3 of them had this plate. It started on my 60 Superior 3 way, than was transfered to my 66 Superior combo, which was the best because it was a 66 and it was my 6th hearse, then it was transfered to my 49 S&S for a while until I gave it up because I was tired of stupid people always asking me what it meant. Now the plates are hanging in my garage.
