'64 MM Ambulance model names question

I'm currently looking at a '64 ambulance in Bakersfield, CA to hopefully buy and begin restoration on and was wondering what MM model it was back then. I know that they had the Lifeliner and Criterion in the early to mid-70's. Does anyone know what models MM had to offer for that year? I'm awaiting pictures and will post them as soon as I get them if that will help to identify which model it is....:confused:
 
In 1966, Miller-Meteor offered the Classic 42 (low headroom) and the Classic 48 (high headroom). They also had a Volunteer in 42 and 48", as well as a Paramount in both roof heights. I believe these names carried over from at least '63, possibly even earlier. The Volunteer had no third window behind the second set of doors, and the Paramount has a small window in front of a closed in panel.
