That's an interesting car but, not the first of these that we've seen. Memphian must have built quite a few of these for the military. Certainly rare and most assuredly worthy of restoration and preservation. For the most part, it seems to be all there.
Did anyone notice the 1937 S&S carved panel hearse in the background? Damascus or Romanesque it'shard to tell as you can't really ree enough of it. Now...that's amazing. It's based on a 1937 Buick chassis...like most Sayers & Scovill products in 1936 and 1937. Yeah, that's a flower car. From what can be seen, it looks like a home-built coach on a 1991-1992 Cadillac.
