58 flower car sighting on Facebook

Vintage Roadside page on Facebook, which features all things retro from auto travel, has a member post of a fine 1958 flower car from the Atlanta area.

A couple of comments are there, too. Can anyone ID the vehicle?

'58 Flower Car

Restored from an extremely rough original by PCS member Martin Shepherd. It was shown at the PCS meet in Orlando as well as in AACA competition. The new owner drove it from Northern Virginia to Atlanta.
