'56 Superior recovery

Had a few days off so it was time to fuel up the Dodge and head to Boise. The car was sitting in the parking lot of a closed down body shop and I didn't want to leave it there for too long. Nice to find the car with the windows and emerg. lenses still intact. Here is a pic of the Caddy near the reassuringly named Deadman Pass.

Too bad you couldnt have done the transport next weekend and stopped by the PNW Chapter Emergency vehicle Show off of I-90 in Issaquah WA. That would have been a hit at the show! Great looking car; hope you can join up with us sometime at a Northwest chapter event

Can't wait to see it in Victoria. I'll try and swing by Tuesday or Wednesday.
 
Nice car, there are those lights that i need for the 56 olds. It looks like that was a load for the dodge, it looks pretty squatted down in the rear. Nice Grab!

The Cummins was putting out a nice plume of smoke coming up those mountain passes...not enough to hide a convoy of destroyers..but close :17875:
