5 weeks and counting!

Tony Karsnia - Deceased - 1971-2020

September 12, 1971 - November 2, 2020
I don't know about you, but I'm getting very excited for the FIRST ANNUAL FALL UPPER-MIDWEST CHAPTER MEET, which is now just five weeks away! In years past, the Northland, Illini, and Wisconsin Chapters staged a successful annual event called "The Great Tri-Chapter Meet." This fell by the wayside following the dissolution of the Wisconsin Chapter. The formation of the Iowa Chapter saw a return of this event, but it wasn't really publicized as a Tri-Chapter Meet.

Now, we (the Upper Midwest PCS chapter leaders) have decided to resurrect this meet and we can't think of a better time and place to get together than in the Fall in a scenic river town. Everyone is invited, regardless of chapter affiliation (or no chapter affiliation.) Enjoy a nice weekend of fellowship, cars, and cruising. The weather will be cool and crisp so no need to worry about hot seats and steamy radiators. Bring your coach out for a ride, along with your family and your memorabilia (because the evenings are reserved for car chat!) At least two "never before seen" professional cars will be unveiled at this event.

Make your reservation NOW to be included in the special block of rooms at the host hotel. FIVE WEEKS AND COUNTING!

I'm was honored to be asked to Host this event again! Hopefully, as originally planned years ago, it will turn into an Annual Gathering towards the end of the Pro Car Season before we put our vehicles away! I'm looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible! This Mississippi River Towns is God's Country! We are the 2nd oldest Community in Wisconsin, with Green Bay being No.1 and we have a lot to see!

your confused as you live on the east cost. those of us that live in the north central understand. he is talking about the fall tristate meet. but if we show up won't that be a quad state meet?

What time is the dinner on Friday? I noticed that there is a fall foliage cruise on the Mississippi River on Friday, but it is from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Now 4 weeks and Counting.

Not that far away! After touring Pikes Peak State Park and Montauk we will return to Prairie du Chien for lunch at the famous Petes Hamburger Stand before we continue on for the day.

MMMMMMMMMMM

Sounds like a great time to be had!

Unfortunately, my wife's 40th birthday is October 18th and "I" have secret plans for that day (and also for the 19th)! ;)

Dad and I have driven farther for cool PCS events in the past and I am sure we will travel miles and mile in the future to be in attendance for cool and important PCS gatherings! I am sorry that we will not be able to make this meeting! :(

Two or three? Just my opinion, but one would be enough. I'm driving 4+ hours to see to go to the oldest town on the Mississippi in Wisconsin. Aren't there more unique to the area things to do there?

Maybe we could stop at or do a drive by of The Novak Family Farm, rural Prairie du Chien?

I do not see any info on this, or is that supposed to be a joke?

I thought the itinerary was supposed to be all planned for this already, but if you are looking for ideas, I found the following just looking on the computer.

Spook Cave

The boat cruise we are planning to take

And Pete's Hamburgers sounds interesting.

Because of time constraints we will NOT be doing the boat trip nor Spook Cave. Maybe another time.
