'30s Henney Packard 3-Way/Side-Servicing Table Question

I need some assistance in determining what this Henney Packard table had on it for rollers. This table is believed to be out of a '30s Henney Packard. Does anyone have a couple of photos to share of a complete '30s Henney Packard table with rollers? I can see where they were mounted. I am not interested in/in need of photos of newer tables. I know those well. Also, why removable rollers on a 3-way table?? Thanks!
