1986 sighting of a pro car? Parade photograph.

I found these photos in a relative's home, dated 06/14/1986. The film was 110, and there are no negatives, but this is the best scan I could do. Pottsville - Pine Grove - Harrisburg suggests a bus line from the "coal region" of Pennsylvania. To my untrained eye, this looks like it might be a Packard, but I'm not sure. I thought the group might like to see a new image of an unusual vehicle.

Nice old car with the wooden luggage rack appears to be a stageway conversion. They did a number of these small bus conversions of what i can't say the grill looks like a LaSalle to me but thats just a guess. Late 30 early 40?
