For sale is a 1978 GMC Transmode Cardiac Care Ambulance, bought this to restore, things have changed. It has a 403 Olds frontwheel drive drivetrain runs good ,needs tuneup, new airbag rear suspension, beacons and sirens work, 4000 watt onan gen. stripped out this would make a great toy hauler, would hold 4 harleys or a party wagon.not many rv's with large back door total production on all years was 18 not many left. sold AS-IS with NY Title $4495.00 cash only

As Bill says, the biggest hurdle might be the storage space. Makes a high top look like a mini van.
