8-thousand miles in 45 years....I wonder if the title reflects that, or if it shows no mileage...if one owner fails to record the mileage on an old title, the mileage never shows up again. Still, hard to believe.

Not hard to believe a site or plant unit. Years ago bought a 49 Roadmaster Fixible with 21k again a plant ambulance in Easton Pa. Seldom used because local squad usually called rather than have unqualified workers load and go.
 
Seller is right, it would be a good rig to rent out for filming. Thank goodness it was stored with care all these years.

I found it in 1996 sitting in the back of one of the equipment yards for the large construction firm I was working. A 6,000 mile '74 Wayne C/B Medicruiser still original and completely stocked. It was used at large, remote civil jobs like dams but had been in outdoor storage for a number of years when I happened upon it. I asked to buy it but never got an answer. Found out later that it was donated after that yard was closed to a group that refurbished it a bit then shipped it to Central America.
 
Check the VIN, that is newer than a 71.

For one thing 71's had a metal flat grille, that is a late 70's plastic one. And the A/C receiver/dryer is a newer style than was used in the early 70's.

I can understand a crash rebuild using newer parts but kind of doubting a A/C system changeover like that.

Just my opinion..........
 
makers one wounder on the clean title. or the ability to read. my guess with out looking it up is mid 70s. but if there was room around here we would be thinking of it. with a gas engine. it wold keep nicely
