1969 M-M Cadillac Landau

Well guys...I'm playing with selling my 69 Miller-Meteor. I love this coach dearly. Some of you may know what I have been through with this coach. Regardless, I'm putting it up for sale again. I really want to get serious restoring my ????? coach, and possibly adopt another older coach.

This 69 runs great. Starts with a bump of the key, and shifts smoothly. Has an edelbrock carb, recent points, plugs, wires, cap, starter, brake lines, brake hoses and other stuff. Rear interior is beautiful. Front seat is worn from use, and carpet is ratty. All glass is complete except the passenger front window. It has a piece of plexiglass that goes up and down OK. Has purple light that "wig-wag". Has very old bias ply white walls.

Coach needs a lot of love. Its a project or parts car. Has rust on the bottom of front fenders. Rockers have a few holes. Bottoms of doors have rust issues as well. Nothing crazy, but again, its a project. I have the long rocker stainless pieces, and the side trim except for the fender spears and I think the passenger front door. Trim holes on the drivers side were welded up. Has a rust hole in the center of the drivers door. Rear bumper center has rust too. Coach has no gas tank. It was gone when I got it. Front end needs work. Ball joints or tie rods? Not sure but it shimmys sometimes. Has no smog pump or power steering. Comes with two pumps and all brackets are there for power steering. Last time I drove it the carrier bearing went south.

Basically this coach is showing 45 years and 100,000 miles of wear and tear. Feel free to contact me for more info, im sure I'm missing something. Would like to see her go to a fellow PCS member, if anyone. Again, she is in need of a lot of love. Could be daily driven with little effort, but needs total restoration.

Sold on bill of sale only. No title. Asking $2000 or best offer.

If that's the one Dwayne had for a while, it does indeed need some work, but it is far from a parts car. $2000 is a steal, if you can deal with the no title issue in your state. If you're planning on buying it and are in Ohio, you better start making kissy-faces and promises of Red Lobster all you can eat buffets to the girl at the DMV now if you want to have any hope of driving it legally in the state.

Nice car, and too good to be a parts car. Sure, it need work, but there is a lot of good sides to the car. I would hate to see it parted out.

Yea I agree that its too nice for a parts car but the no title thing tends to be an issue for most. Doesn't bother me.

Open to offers guys.

John, not sure about title procedure in VA. Never been through it. I have had a couple cars I got with no titles. I purchased "historical documents" from else where. Got my tags and went about my business. (Cars over 25 years old in VA are not inspected with the black tags. Even then no one checks the vin against title.)

No Paul, it is not currently registered in VA. Tags that are on it are just old ones I had laying around. :)

the problem is not all stated as a lax on cars as some. clearing up the title would go a long way to selling the car. were it not a problem for you it really becomes on in another state. here you can't let it go for scrap with out one

Yea that's understandable. She's gonna be sold as is where is.

Had a bit of interest but no takers. Someone locally is trying to cook up something, but as of now she's still available.
