1969 Lev-L-Matic cylinders.

Looking for any information and the original cylinders to fit my '69 S&S. Mine are missing, and want to make functional. Suitable substitutes would work too.

Probably , any hydraulic shop can fab something up. If I remember correctly that was a Superior unit. It said Superior on the control valve.
