What am I missing? Looks like 64 to me- didn't the Cadillac body style drop the fins in 65/66 body?

Cadillac was not able to get the tooling for the 75 series ready for the '65 model year, so they pushed forward with the holdover '64 design. It was such a small portion of their sales that they figured they could get by with a hold over year.
