1964 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Hearse RARE!!!!

I was with them right up till the right lower quarter. man why not just fix that scrape when your asking for high dollar. no one want to pay top dollar then fix it when they get it home. a lite time buffing that old laqure would help to. but really your can easily get this and more into putting a rough one here.

I am more of an ambulance guy, but I really like this car. The price might be a bit high, but in spite of the minor damage, it really looks amazingly well cared for. After all, it is a fifty one year old car!

I am with you ED for the $$$ they are asking plus a $199.00 Doc fee you think they could do better. The only but is someone awful good at mixing paint would have to be there or it would look two tone that was a hard color to match in the day let alone now (even with computers). A complete repaint is no picnic look at all the moldings you have to pull UGH.

Ditzel will still do the correct paint and then you will have to find a man that can spot in. that might be the hard part in todays panel paint only shoot nothing but base clear body shops.

This one won't last long! Beautiful coach! This one is reasonable and you will notice that you can "Make Offer".

That car is well worth the money. It would not take long to tie up more money than that in restoring a car to that condition. Very nice!!

....and an original coach in that condition is worth far more that a restored coach to that same condition!!

now that we have established that we need to find a man that wants it with the money to buy it. ;)

I think this beautiful coach will find a willing buyer, sooner than later. I know it may seem pricey, but I agree with Mike about the cost of restoring one being lots more. I don't know about anybody else, but I would love to see this car in Gettysburg next year!

Olds

Nice car, saw this coach in Ashevile in May, well worth the $$$ not a project car in need of some TLC. Hope it finds a good home.

It has my vote

Looks like a beautiful car, especially in the blue. If only had a first aid cabinet, a good set of warning lights and a Q on the roof.

Thanx for clearing that up Ed, because I want it but don't have the money for it.:(

How do you do the quote thingy correctly?

no me I can appreciate a nice Hearse I just don't want to own another one. seams to me like such a wast of a nice car.
