1963 Pinner Chrysler

Paul,
Did Rhinecliff own this car the entire time from 1963 until you purchased it? In doing some research, I came across photos of what appears to be a Chrysler Pinner at Yorktown Heights, NY. From the research, they apparently got it in 1968.63SSKensingtonYorktownNY.jpg

The Yorktown ambulance is a 1964 model, as indicated by the grille. It is similar to the 1963 Pinner, but there are subtle differences between the 2. The Rhinecliff Fire Department attempted to sell their car when it was retired, but they couldn't find a buyer, so the Fire Chief's son purchased it along with a fire truck that they were retiring. He moved both vehicles to his veterinary practice and kept them both in a large garage that he had built on the property. Upon retiring and selling his practice, he gave the fire truck to someone in his hometown, and I purchased the ambulance.

Thanks Paul.
