It's a 1962 Miller-Meteor Landau Traditional. From the pictures posted, that's all that can be determined.

Its about 100 miles from me over the mountain pass. I have a mechanically inclined car fanatic college student friend who goes to school about 30 miles from there. Possibly I could get him to look at it if someone was really really interested.
