1961 3-Way...my aren't we proud?

Maybe worth 3-4 grand if you are able to do the work yourself I would say.

Without a drive line, engine, transmission, etc. it is more than just a project. Getting a 390 would be best for sure.

No T in hearse as they say.

what he doesn't say is if the original engine and drive train is in the car.
no doubt the good running engine sitting out side with the carb off is not all that good running anymore.
just one more project that has stalled out but the selling wants all the money that in his mind it would be worth had he completed it.

There is only one word that comes to mind when I see ad's like that posted.. Delusional !!!!

not one I have to use. she has a many cars here as I do all most. but really you wounder why the high price some people attach to what appears in the pictures to have not moved in years. I been forever getting my53 in the shop. but I can still go out and fire it up to move it. it's also under a cover .

I cannot be sure, but resources, such as space, money and motivation, may be scarce for some folks. I understand having a dream or a vision, buying a car, and not having the resources to complete it. So it sits....and sits....

What I do not relate to is posting it at a price that is 4 times what it is worth, leaving garbage in it and not making it look as nice as it can for photographs...

I think it's partly due to our glamorization of the "barn find". Some people(Yvette Vanderbrink) are able to take a rough P.O.S., call it a "barn find", and get crazy money for them..... given a good story to go with it. This doesn't work in every scenario. To me, a rough P.O.S is still a rough P.O.S!
