once the interior is gone it all most imposable to restore one. how ever is one needed teh curved glas and the rear door providing there is any thing left of it it would be a thought.

I wonder if you went to move it...would it break in half? He may not weedeat closer to it as more of the car might disappear. :yum:

it to me is strange how people look at things toss a piece of plywood in the back put back in the interior pieces and we would be talking how this one could be brought back. if the man had just taped if off sprayed one layer of primer over all the rust we would be talking possibilities. but to have taken it apart probably 10 years ago or longer leaving it sit in this one spot uncovered all that time. pieces scattered who knows were. man there tough to get back togather. the bad part is that this may have been a strong running car when parked. but a look at what you see is a few door trim pieces missing, the car sits fairly square, the glass is till in it, hood is gone rear tips of front fenders gone doors look OK, something flopping on that right rear but it looks fairly straight. inside, all the braces are there. the rust you see would be the same on 90% of the cars out there striped down this far. the fender wells are complete not just hanging in there. so body wise it's not that far gone in the pictures. but me I would walk away if he doesn't have all the interior pieces stashed some place and they are in deceit shape. as always if your not going to be the one making the majority of the repairs you had better take the man that is going to with you to look at it. I would love to have a 60 Buick. something about them appeals to me. but no I'm not interested. I have 3 up here right now in the same shape to work on. but never let a little pealing paint dismiss a car. I have seen a lot of bad stuff under the shinny paint to. it still comes down to price and desire. now me I would not have keep this type of lawn ornament for as long as this man did they really take up to much room. now if I was living in Washington or Colorado one could use it for a green house for a little only. but still not in the middle of the yard.
