First saw this 15 years ago when seller had a rough '58 Superior flower car for sale. For some reason I think they were part of "Chicken Man" procar collection.

Chicken man
How on earth did you know about chicken man.he is a legend here in western
new york.he had all his old coaches stored away in a portion of the old Pierce-Arrow building in buffalo.I don't even know if he is still alive.
he was a tad eccentric,but a nice guy to talk to.the second floor of his
place was filled with old ambulance parts,you name it,he probably had it.
he cleaned out that shop and dropped off the radar 20 plus years ago!

From what can be seen, it looks like a 1954 S&S ambulance to me.
