I have a light that looks similar to that...mine is a spotlight for a boat. It has a clear lens and a knob that comes out underneath it to turn the light.

you see the tunnel lights in the rear of this jitterbug. peep mirrors,the spotlight mounted threw the door. this is the only pictures of one with a viser I have ever seen. nice old pictures of what one looked like new.
