That's an amazing vehicle. This is an A.J. Miller LaSalle similar to the one pictured on page 158 of the Miller-Meteor book. What a beautiful example. Thanks for sharing these images with us.

Awesome car! I would hate to have my hand slip off the steering wheel on a sharp turn and hit that fan mounted on the steering column....that thing looks like it would take off a few fingers!! :wowguy:

Usually the blades are made of rubber, (not sure about this old though), I have hit the one in my 49 many times, good thing it is rubber but still scares the crap out of you.

I have listed both the horse drawn hearse and the LaSalle for sale in the upcoming PCS magazine. I'd be pleased to repond to email inquiries from interested parties.

Thanks

LaSalle

Wow, that car is amazing. I love the details in the bumpers and taillights and dash. In this car it should be a slabhead instead of a flathead, that lump of iron each side of the engine block is huge. What a car. I bet it runs silently. It's totally stunning and worth everything you can get from someone who will care/respect it. Value is superseded by desire, tempered by rarity. Your car has mixed values, I'd hope you'd find someone who won't cut it apart.

I bought the car earlier this year and she was a beauty but only after a few weeks of owning a fellow member and collector bought and is in process of restoring as we speak. The new owner is about same age as car is and he really wanted one of these. The car did not run but was a beautiful car.
