That is not a Henney-Auburn. That is a 1935 Henney Series 2000 Aerodynamic. This particular example is a Henney Model 2001. These were the last of the assembled Henney professional cars and used a mixture of off-the-shelf parts from definct automakers. It is pictured (Walt McCall photos of ths same car) and described in some depth in McPherson's Henney book on pages 94-97 along with pricing of the 2000 Series on page 240. According to Walt and Tom, this may well be the only surviving example of a Henney Aerodynamic. The casket table and hardware seen in this car are not original but, otherwise it's pretty authentic.

Keith is correct...

Sharp eye Keith. The owner of that car is obsessed with calling it an Auburn but it is in fact a Henney assembled chassis. A very nice car but with some incorrect interior components used in its restoration, but no one would ever know but one of us.

Bradley, cheers to how you stated the facts on the car. Its a very beautiful ride, and you didnt pick it to pieces with your knowledge.
