So here is what I found with Coker Tires for the Lifeliner. I really wanted this type of tire only an inch taller but seems impossible to find and it says it is an XL tire.

Try www.Prioritytire.com I recently bought 2 sets of white walls very similar to these with a weight rating for pro-cars for way less than that

That one is a little small at 28.9 they are all made outside the USA no matter were you buy them. But a decent price. The set on my 72 came out of a place in Or they bonded the WW on to then. I'll see if i put that info in the glove box.

What does 28.9 mean? I got it. So maybe a 255/70R15 or a 265/70/R15 tire?
Does this work for a 7600 pound ambulance? It says it is a standard load tire.

Haven't ordered them yet. I bought an enclosed trailer for the bikes and now replacing the A/C for the funeral home chapel. WOW! Add in one of my homes in Florida (our residence) got hit by lighting last Sunday setting it on fire. It will be a complete rebuild including all inside drywall and roof trusses. Told it will be at least a year to complete.
