Don't forget to advertise all of your chapter events in our Shows & Events Announcements Forum. It is located just above this General Discussion Forum. All posts to that forum are moderated, and are specifically for advertising purposes. For questions about your event, make a duplicate post in this General Discussion Forum. Please look at the format that we have for the title, so people can tell at a glance when and where it is going to be held. As you can see by the number of views some of last years events have drawn, it is the best free advertising that you can get. To keep interest in your even, as it gets closer to the date, do weekly updates. An event is only successful when people learn about it long enough in advance to be able to plan on attending.
