just your standard put the body on a 4 wheel drive chassis. been done with everything out there. saw a geo the other day. yes it can be done. but if it's so neat why does everyone want to sell theirs.

Actually quite easy about 15 years ago we bought a very nice box ambulance from Philadelphia. We had a tired rollback older but same make Chevrolet. My ace mechanic simply cut the two in half Joined welded and plated the frames brake and gas lines spliced and off to the races. Whole job took a day and a half.
that's why it gets done so much. it's what to do with it afterwards that seams to be the problem
