Help, hooking it up

Just got my Federal and need a little help as to what wire is what. Any experts out there?

I assume the wires with caps on would share and go to the siren speakers while the other wires are hot and ground. I won't be able to try this installation until the Lifeliner is back later this week. Saw the PA28 in behind the grill this afternoon and it looks awesome. Matter of fact, Joe called me and said he has it hooked up and wanted to know if I had ever heard it. I said of course and he said it was loud! I explained that this is the baby siren compared to the Federal 2Q I really was looking for.
