What are these called?

Removable vertical part sticking up on near corner of table. Is there a more technical or proprietary term rather than generically referring to as bier pin? I need to find 2/3 matching and don't know what to ask/look for. Thanks in advance.

This is from a Superior manual , I guess they would call it the same?

They are revolving bier pins.

They pivot on a camber inside and as you turn them they snug up against
the casket on 3 way tables.

There are also ones that look the same but don't adjust as well.

Very different that the standard end loading 2 bier pins
that are stationary and adjusting.

They are in my '60 S/S 3way hearse.

What is the difference? Does it have to do with the of post in the bottom of the pin? I have seen some that are in the center and I have seen some off center. In my 38 packard they are all of center.
