1948 Siebert Ford

I live about half an hour from this car, just in case anybody has a serious interest, I would gladly check it out/.

Not as big a turn off to me, as this wording...
Car being sold in as is, as advertised, as seen condition. Cash or Certified US Bank check only. 25% non refundable deposit required upon 12 hours from close of auction. Balance due 2 days from close of auction.

Per the eBay website.... You can only make non-binding bids on certain items, such as real estate and vehicles.

I'm not about to travel hundreds of miles to look at a car that I don't know what the final cost is going to be. If I won the bid, then I would make the trip with the intention of completing the auction, but only if it met the description in the auction.

Is this an actual procar hearse, or is it a car converted by a creative person...I have not seen such an early hearse with a hatch back...Is that original?

Hatchback is original, my father used to own a '48 Siebert Ford ambulance (now owned by Harry & Wes Foor).

(No, that's not my father!)
