That may be the Criterion Doug in Canada picked up. He purchased a 75 Criterion that came from PA couple months ago.
 
If it's the one that I bought, Denny, you have a bit of a drive ahead of you. It's up here in B.C., Canada at my place, being slowly but lovingly restored....after a drive from Pennsylvania to Scarborough, Ontario, then a train ride across the country.
