This childbirth training film has minimal procar footage ('63 S/P hightop), but it does show equipment and procedures of the era:

WARNING: Poor acting, cheesy dialogue!

According to the credits, that's right. After all, you wouldn't actually want a cop delivering your baby....

Uh-hum, this cop has delivered five girls, including one with the amniotic sac failing to break. Talk about a shower! Their rigs consisted of a revolver, drop box and handcuffs. Today, there's a cell phone, radio, one to two pair of handcuffs, gloves, collapsable baton, semi auto, pepper spray, magazines, keys, and a taser. All while wearing body armor.

you got to love those old training films. they were all you had. low budget to say the least actors pulled from the rank and file to fill in. yes the god old days one man in a car, no fear of a law suet or need for 10 cameras to counter the myopic cell phones recording your every move. just a grand a month and all the bullets you could shoot for putting you life on the line 24-7 . yes good old days. nice to see that the foot rest on there gurney was loose to. teh speed they got her back out of the ambulance and up on that hospital gurney was remarkable to.
