Fate of This Pro Car?

I realize this is most likely a needle in the haystack, but would anyone happen to know what became of this Maryland coach? I drove 4 hours to Chestertown Maryland to drive and look at it in 1992 - fresh out of service 1972 S&S Victoria from Fellows Funeral Home. Backing out at the last minute and not getting my first coach for 27 years makes this one of my few regrets. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

will I will tell you this I found that the shape of the S&S seat did not fit my body. the top angle piece caught my shoulders and it was uncomfortable. you may have done the right thing

Being that it was a 21 year-old hearse at the time, I would say that there is a pretty strong chance that it did not survivie. At any given time, there are hundreds of 20-someting hearses on the market nation-wide, right out of service. Most of them end up living outside with no protection and they deteriorate rapidly.

Had this one , if it ever comes back up for sale I would try and grab it a heart beat.

Any idea as to why your '72 didn't have the center pin block? You would be limited to just full-sized caskets. I had forgotten that this coach came from So. Sioux City, NE.

Nothing was changed other than the rollers. That's is the way it came to me.
